Brave New VR Worlds

It is believed that, by 2025, virtual reality will become equally accessible and common as smart phones. It is therefore no wonder that the number of VR projects has steadily been increasing. This year’s selection of the latest VR films will encompass some interactive projects for more advanced VR devices. For the first time in history, Summer Film School will host a site-specific VR event – films about prisoners will be screened in an old abandoned prison. Furthermore, you will see some horror films from Taiwan and South Korea, the new trend called “VR ART”, i. e. conveying famous paintings in virtual reality, or the latest documentaries from One World Film Festival.
